Nano Rangers Insurance Registration
Nano Rangers coating insurance covers all manufacturing defects arises on coating under the warranty. Nano Rangers and its’ centers do not charge anything for the services to rectify such issues within the warranty period.
But what if there are accidental & physical damages from customers on coated vehicle?? Don’t worry we have a special provisions for our valuable customers, COATING INSURANCE!!
Nano Rangers Coating Insurance is a unique concept in the ceramic coating industry. All issues which are not covered under warranty will get covered under this insurance. That means full peace of mind for our customers.
Below are some of the common issues that are not covered under warranty but can be covered under the insurance:
* Swirl marks and hairline scratches due to wrong washing processes from customers end
* Accidental & physical damages where repainted vehicle panels needs recoating
* Damages due to chemical factors & contaminations within the range
* Half or Full Package re-application in certain scenarios
1. Terms of Nano Rangers Insurance:
* Paperless Hassel free Claims: This insurance is between Nano Rangers & insurance company so no need of any paperwork from customers end
* Pocket Friendly: Customer needs to buy this insurance separately & need to renew it
* The cost for this Insurance is depends on the car category. The cost for different car category are listed below (In Indian INR). The renewal cost for insurance every year will be 50% of the standard cost mentioned in below table.
* Customers needs to register for insurance by filling form available on Nano Rangers website within 7 days of coating application
* The Approval process will start after the registration. This approval process can take 2-3 days after successful registration
* Registered customers need to pay only labor cost for the services which comes under this insurance
* For any guidance on insurance, customers need to contact customer care or their nearest Nano Rangers center
2. Insurance Claim:
* For claims customers needs to contact Nano Rangers center
* Nano Rangers executives will inspect the vehicle and explain the process
* Customers needs to take appointment from Nano Rangers center for services under insurance
* Only labor charges will be applicable for any work done under this insurance
* These labor charges may vary and should be agreed by customers before processing any work under insurance
3. Services & associated labor charges:
1. Non-Maintenance In Washing Process:
The issues that occur due to non-maintenance of vehicles in the washing process are covered under Nano Rangers insurance. The most common issues are swirl marks, minor scratches & hard water deposits. Nano Rangers executive from center will inspect the vehicle and decide the process of maintenance.
* Services may include like GermFree interior cleaning, foam wash, full car detailing, decontamination of paint surfaces, paint correction, polishing, reapplication of ceramic coating with 9H or booster coating and finally infrared curing
* Labour cost payable: Rs. 4000 to 6000
2. Accidental or Physical Damages:
Customer needs to rectify accidental or physical damages from their end where repainting is required. After repainting of such panels, the total vehicle remains coated, however for those panels which are repainted, they need to be protected again with multiple layers of ceramic coats. Once the vehicle is done with repainting, the customers can visit Nano Rangers center for reapplication of ceramic coating on such repainted parts under this insurance.
* Services may include like full car detailing, foam wash, decontamination, paint correction of repainted surfaces, polishing and reapplication of ceramic coating with 9H ceramic coating on repainted parts and finally infrared curing
* Labour cost payable: Rs. 2000 per panel
* Change of PPF on one panel: Rs. 250 per sqft
3. Half & Full package re-application policy:
In case of some heavy issues like a major accident, vehicle needs full repainting work or vehicle insurance company allow a new vehicle by showing total loss on accidented old vehicle. In these scenarios total vehicle becomes non coated. In such conditions customer can avail Half or Full Package re-application policy under this insurance. Customers can take the advantages of Nano Rangers insurance to get their vehicle protected again with ceramic coating package. Only labour cost is applicable as mentioned below which is depending on vehicle category.
* Half Package Re-Application: Rs. 4,000 to 8,000
* Full Package Re-Application: Rs. 10,000 to 14,000
4. Service after warranty period:
Even after the warranty period customers will have one chance reserved for ‘Full Package Re-Application’ policy. This is important, if and when customers decide to sell or exchange their vehicle, Nano Rangers want our customers to get the best value for their vehicle. Customers can decide to avail this service after warranty period ends to get the best value for their exchange or sale of the vehicle.
* Labour cost payable: Rs. 10,000 to 14,000
